O-pyridine disulfide (OPSS) - functionalized polyethylene glycol (OPSS PEG) is a reactive peg derivative based on mercaptan (- SH), which can be used to modify biomolecules or other materials through its available thiol groups. The reaction of o-pyridyl disulfide bond with thiol group forms stable disulfide bond and releases mercaptopyridine group.Note: take must be dry, avoid frequent dissolution and freeze-drying
