CY3-active ester on flow cytometry Cyanine3-NHS cell labeling Cycle analysis

Cyanine3-NHS (CY3-NHS) can be used as a fluorescent dye in flow cytometry for cell labeling and flow cytometric analysis. The following are applications of CY3-NHS in flow cytometry:

 

1. Cell surface labeling:

CY3-NHS can react with amino groups on the cell surface for fluorescent labeling of cells. By measuring the intensity of the fluorescent signal of CY3-NHS, the DNA content of the cells can be determined and the ratio and distribution of the cells in different cell cycle stages can be further analyzed.
