Description:

Azide polyethylene glycol silane (N3 PEG Silane) is a polyethylene glycol derivative with two ends modified with azide and silane, respectively. Azide can be used for click chemistry reaction. It needs univalent copper catalyst for alkynyl reaction, and reacts with DBCO under pentyl catalyst. The silane at the other end modifies the inorganic material, and improves the function and performance of the composite through coupling reaction with SiO2, glass, metal and other materials. Widely used in fields such as pharmaceutical modification, material modification, and drug sustained-release. Polyethylene glycol functionalized with ethoxy or methoxy silane, silane is a surface reactive PEG derivative that can be used to modify glass, silica, and other surfaces through the reaction between hydroxyl groups and ethoxy/methoxy silane. Polyethylene glycol can greatly inhibit the non-specific binding of charged molecules to modified surfaces.
