Description:

1,2-distearyl-sn-glycerin-3-phosphate ethanolamine (DSPE) conjugated and fluorescein labeled polyethylene glycol. DSPE peg fluorescein is a kind of phospholipid peg conjugate with hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties. Pegylated phospholipids are excellent liposome forming materials and can also be used for drug delivery, gene transfection and vaccine delivery. The PEGylation of phospholipids significantly improved the blood circulation time and stability of encapsulated drugs. These materials can also be used for targeted drug delivery by modifying their surfaces with targeted ligands (e.g., antibodies, peptides). DSPE peg products labeled with fluorescein emit green fluorescence, which can be easily detected by conventional fluorescence instruments.
