Product description:

Poly (lactide co glycolide) - b poly (ethylene glycol) methyl ether (MPEG-PLGA) is one of the most commonly used biodegradable amphiphilic block copolymers (ABC) for drug delivery applications. PLGA pure reagents are widely used in scientific research experiments, with PEG being the hydrophilic part and PLGA being the hydrophobic part. Amphiphilic block copolymers (AmBC) are composed of two chemically different homopolymer blocks, one of which is hydrophilic and the other is hydrophobic. These macromolecules have the characteristic of self-assembly into micelles when dissolved in aqueous media.


Handling and use:

Mpeg-plga is sensitive to light and temperature. For best use, materials should always be kept dry at low temperatures. Avoid frequent thawing and freezing.


Storage conditions:

Mpeg-plga should be dried at - 20 ℃. The material can be treated in inert gas for optimum stability. The materials were retested after 12 months.
